Refund Policy

Services

Due to the nature of live coaching sessions and workshops, refunds are generally not provided after participation or access to the session materials. If you need to reschedule a session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Approved rescheduling requests allow you to transfer your session to a later date without extra charge.

Refunds may be considered if a session is canceled by InnerOneShift or if there is a demonstrable failure to provide the agreed service. Any refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 business days.

Info Products

For digital self-study guides and video courses, because these products can be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are typically not available once the product has been downloaded or accessed.

If you believe there is a technical issue preventing access, please contact our support within 7 days of purchase using the contact form. Upon verification of the issue, a refund or replacement may be issued.

Physical Products

For delivered physical products, customers may request a refund within 14 days of receipt if the product is defective or significantly not as described. Returned items must be in original condition and returned via tracked shipping.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

No Refund Situations

Services that include immediate access to live sessions or digital materials do not qualify for refunds once access is granted due to the nature of the content and to protect intellectual property.
